Navigate to Settings > System > Software Update on your device. Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi. The system will automatically scan for the latest stable release (v2.0+) and prompt you to install.
All Ceridi hardware comes with a standard 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. Enterprise clients can upgrade to a 3-Year Extended Warranty package which includes 48-hour device replacement.

Our hardware natively supports PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and TensorRT. The pre-installed Ceridi SDK includes Docker containers optimized for these environments out of the box.
We provide full RESTful APIs and a Python/C++ SDK. You can stream data via standard protocols (MQTT, RTSP, WebSocket) to any third-party backend or cloud platform (AWS/Azure).
